Lakeland software, automation, and AI

Software with bite.

Jawsnapper builds software and automation for Central Florida businesses — including the AI that actually does a job. Custom tools, practical automation, and a website when that is part of the work.

All byte. No bark. Based in Lakeland, built for shops between Tampa and Orlando.

Examples, not clients.

No fake logos. These are the kinds of mess Jawsnapper is built for, written so you can see the shape of the work.

01 — Pool route

THE MESS

Forty pools. Four spreadsheets.

He runs a pool route between Lakeland and Plant City. Weekly stops are one sheet. Chemical readings are another. Who owes is a third. Repair calls are a fourth. A green-pool text hits his personal phone. A new customer emails the office account. Monday morning is copying rows so a tech does not skip a house.

WHAT GETS BUILT

One list. The copying stops.

Not a new app to learn. The route sheet stays his.

  • Stops, readings, invoices, and repair calls land on one list.
  • A green-pool text becomes a job, not a lost message.
  • A new-customer email lands on that same list with a first visit date.
  • A reminder goes out if a stop was missed or an invoice is late.

02 — HVAC

THE MESS

The phone rings. He is on a roof.

A two-truck HVAC shop in Lakeland. The owner is the lead tech. In August the phone rings while he is in an attic. It goes to voicemail. The homeowner calls the next company on Google. By evening he has three missed calls and no idea which ones were a $9,000 system.

WHAT GETS BUILT

An AI that catches the call.

Not a call center. A receiver that does the first minute of the job.

  • Missed calls get a text right away, with a way to say what is broken.
  • Each inquiry lands on a follow-up list: name, address, problem, how hot it is.
  • He works the list at lunch and after the last job, instead of guessing who called.
  • Past customers get a tune-up text before summer, and a deal only when there is a real one.

What Jawsnapper takes on

Not a marketing agency. Jawsnapper builds software, wires automation, and puts AI on real jobs.

01

Automation

Take the repeat work out of the week. Forms, follow-up, calendars, reports, and glue between tools a business already pays for.

02

AI that does a job

Not a chatbot demo. Intake, documents, and internal tools that save hours, then get out of the way.

03

Sites and software

A real website or a small custom tool when that is part of the work.

About the company

Built in Lakeland. Close enough to be useful.

Jawsnapper is a Central Florida software company. The work starts where operations stall: texts, paper, spreadsheets, and tools that almost work.

Websites are still in the shop when a site is part of the build. They are not the whole offer.
